October 22, 2009 - The biology students in Mrs. Cole's honors biology class recently received a hands-on lesson in biochemistry. The students were constructing and destructing organic molecules by illustrating the processes of dehydration synthesis and hydrolysis.

"It was a fun, hands-on activity I like to do during the Biochemistry unit in Honors Biology," Mrs. Cole said.
