It’s that time of the year . . . the Discovery Fair is coming! Blue Creek Elementary will be hosting the 11th Annual Discovery Fair Tuesday, May 18. (Entry forms went home earlier this month and extras can be picked up at the main office.) The Discovery Fair is like a Science Fair with an expanded palette of topics – not just science.

Children from Kindergarten through sixth grade work with partners or alone and investigate a topic of their choice. Parents and children work together, learn together and seem to have a fun time in the process!

The goal is that your child will enter and enjoy the fun-filled and educational experience. It’s the perfect time to explore together and to further investigate topics that your child expresses an individual interest in.

Although the Discovery Fair is optional and done outside of school time, the hope is that you will join the Blue Creek family and share some of your child’s discoveries!
