Join Shaker Key Club in “Around the Block for Equinox,” a virtual 5k fundraising event! Since 1977, Shaker Key Club members have loyally volunteered at Equinox’s annual Thanksgiving Dinner meal preparation event, where they’ve helped pack thousands of meals and write cards for local families/residents.
This year, due to COVID-19, Equinox is now relying on donations to keep their yearly tradition of providing 10,000 Thanksgiving meals to neighbors in need.
This is where we need your help! Shaker High School Key Club is hosting a virtual 5K run/walk and hope to get as many people involved as possible. All you need to do is gather a group of friends or family (socially distanced, of course!) or go solo! You can participate in this fundraiser by walking or running at your own convenience. Register here and participate any time from October 23-31.
