Boght Hills’ Yuvan Thanda was selected and participated in the National Geographic Bee Competition. The rising third-grader participated in the International Academic Geography Competition in early June in Arlington, Virginia. He was given a written test and was selected to be in the regional finals and then scored to qualify for Nationals. He was one of only 178 students to qualify.
