The Board of Education will evaluate the job performance of the Superintendent of Schools on an annual basis. The evaluation will be conducted in accordance with all provisions as stated in the employment contract between the Board of Education and the Superintendent of Schools.
Evaluation timeline:
- May: Board of Education completes evaluation on Superintendent
- June: Board of Education reviews evaluation with Superintendent
- July: Board of Education acts upon Superintendent’s contract and salary, if necessary.
