A. All requests for contest participation shall be channeled through the Principal of each school involved.
B. Requests for participation in local contests not specifically approved by the NASSP or NYS Principals groups which might have unusual educational merit shall be forwarded by the Principal to the Superintendent of Schools.
C. The Superintendent’s Administrative Council shall act upon any such request for contest participation by NCCS students, which do not have prior sanction from the NASSP or NYS Principals groups.
