The Shaker High School Business Education Department congratulates Jacquelyn Driggs and Akeana Rootes for being recognized as the 2021-2022 Outstanding Business Education Students. This honor was awarded to Jacquelyn and Akeana not only for their academic achievement, but also for their outstanding citizenship and positive attitude. The students, their parents, and teachers: Bradley Boyles, Antoinette Randall, Lauren Squadere and Chris VanDerbeck attended an awards dinner at The Century House where 15 other students from local area schools were recognized as outstanding business students as well. This event was sponsored by the Business and Marketing Educators’ Association of The Capital District.
