Dear Members of the Shaker High School Community,
As you are most likely aware, after 15 years of dedicated service, Mr. Richard Murphy will be retiring at the end of June 2021. We are all deeply appreciative of his service, and while we all wish him well, we will certainly miss him.
As we have done in the past, we will be forming a committee of parents, teachers, administrators, and staff members to help us identify the best possible person to replace Mr. Murphy. We would, however, like to gather input from more people than we could realistically have on an interview committee. As such, we are asking you to take a few moments of your time to complete a survey regarding the characteristics you would hope to see in the next high school building principal. The survey should not take more than ten minutes, and your input will be invaluable as we move forward in the selection process.

Survey results will be analyzed by constituency groups, not by individuals, and the input will be shared with the interview committee.
