5252.1R, Lost or Damaged Textbooks

1. Assessment notices for textbooks not returned, or damaged, will be given to students at the conclusion of the course, or at the end of the school year. The assessment for a lost textbook, or one damaged beyond repair, will be the current cost to replace the book.
2. The assessment for a damaged textbook will be based on the age of the book and the current cost of rebinding.
3. Students are expected to pay all assessments prior to the end of the school year, but in no case later than August 31st.
4. Textbooks needed by the student shall be made available in school as needed until the assessment is paid.
